Harrisburg PA-Urban Senior Portraits
At our March photographer group meetup we did urban senior portraits. I love photographer meet ups. It is great meeting like minded creatives and seeing how we each interpret a shoot in our own way. From lens choice, shooting the portrait, to editing it. We each pose the models differently.
Urban Senior Portraits might be my new favorite. These can be done at any time of year. There is a lot of visual interest around a city and plenty of locations to use and items as props. Benches, pillars, steps, ladders, walls, trees, poles, the list goes on and on.
Skylar is a senior this year in the class of 2017 and graduation is only a few short months away. A former field hockey player is ready to be finished her high school career. Skylar had her friend take some senior portraits. However, having 6 cameras pointed at you at the same time is a different ball game. I think Skylar is going to enjoy seeing all her images from all of us.
I like Skyler’s serious face. I think you see more of who she is in her eyes. The serious ones tended to be more of my favorites. As you can see from some of her images. The image up at the top with Skylar holding her collar came about by her trying to get a little warmer. I love it. I hope you enjoy viewing a few of Skylar’s images.
Here are more of Skylar’s images in front of the “Late Night Netflix is Dead” art mural. Follow me on IG @diannacapkaphoto for even more fantastic images!
