Seth and Luke came back to see me for their first birthday portraits! These two had me giggling at some of their personal quirks. Mom and Dad said one enjoyed the cake at their party and the other did not want anything to do with it. So I handed out spoons to use. Many one year olds don’t like how the icing sticks to their hands. Spoons are a fun way they can play and destroy their cake and enjoy doing it. We also decided instead of giving each on their own cake, to have them share. This way hopefully both will smash it.
Well, Seth and Luke changed their cake reactions from their party. Seth wasn’t really too interested in the cake and Luke who didn’t want anything to do with the cake at the party, now was all about it. After some time, both of the boys ended up enjoying the cake and playing with each other.
Before the cake, I love giving the kids each a balloon. Luke wanted Seth’s balloon and not his. As you can see from the image sequence below, he ended up grabbing Seth’s balloon.
