The lock down with COVID put every thing and everyone for an unplanned loop. Babies are still being born. Due to this, Mary wasn’t able to come in to the studio until she was about 8 weeks old. Babies are considered newborns until 6 weeks of age. Mom, Dad and I went into the session with open minds to see what we could get. I told them it might be a blend between a newborn and a 3 month tummy time session, but we are going to try.
Mary was a perfect trooper and once wrapped and settled, slept her morning away. She was not keen on any tummy time and beanbag posing, which is understandable. She was a bit too old for newborn posing and too young to like any type of tummy time. But, what I did manage to capture, I love. Mary looks so good in whites and pinks. Mom picked great tones and theme for her spring daughter’s session.
