King Newborn Girl – Henley
Henley’s session was based on pink, gold and gray with a woodland nursery theme. Mom said her house was decorated more in a primitive style and Dad is a hunter. I wanted to make sure all of their wishes were pulled into Henley’s session.
Henley’s nursery is woodland with raccoons, doe, and bears. I purchased bear ears for her in the colors mom wished to match her theme. I found the sissal raccoon at walmart at Christmas time and just waited for Henley to make her debut.
Henley’s Dad loves to hunt and hope to show Henley how to do it when she is older and share his passion. I used two sets of deer antlers for one of her set ups, only I made it fitting with a feminine touch. I designed the pink backdrop specifically for her session.
As soon as I found out Mom is more of a primitive decorator for her home, I knew I had the perfect prop. I had this vintage doll carriage and have been wanting to use it and Henley was perfect. I had this prop for over two years.
Henley’s timing of her adorable smile was perfect. She did it for one of her family portraits which will be cherished forever. Check out her super cute smile below!
